Very flexible - work is on a 9/80 (i.e. work 9 hours Mon to Thurs and 8 hours on alternate Fridays) - I start between 8AM and 11AM and leave between 6PM and 11PM - sometimes I work on days off - so in actuality - instead of 80 hours per pay period, I work between 120 and 160 hours - I'm on salary, so I don't get paid for the extra hours...but I do get to keep my job :rolleyes: Steve
