You might want to try clearing the existing data sources first with Me.ReportViewer1.LocalReport.DataSources.Clear() and possibly in the form.designer.vb comment out the lines which would have been added if/when you selected the report using the ReportViewer Tasks box 'Dim ReportDataSource1 As Microsoft.Reporting.WinForms.ReportDataSource = New Microsoft.Reporting.WinForms.ReportDataSource and 'ReportDataSource1.Value = 'Me.ReportViewer1.LocalReport.DataSources.Add(ReportDataSource1) I have found that almost every problem I've had with report viewer not displaying the report was to do with data in some way or another. Have you confirmed that your adap.fill line is actually putting some records into the dataset? Hope this is of some help.

Gmail - Your assumptions are not accurate. If you do not 'sign out' of gmail in mozilla, it will open the inbox page. Same with IE. IE and mozilla operate completely independant of each other. This behavior is usually acceptable. Assuming you are using the aspnet membership provider, you can test 'signout' functionality using FormsAuthentication.SignOut();. Anytime the signout is used, I also kill the session using Session.Abandon();. The membership provider behaves similar to gmail if that is the desired result.

If we same username from different systems it doesn't effect session from used for same user in another system, ASP.net uses seperate session for each request from different systems or different browsers. If you dont want two users to use same username you can make use of database to check if the user is already logged in or not, Or you can use array of users in global.asax file where the data is global for all usersm, so that you control the user while loggin in (Checking with the global array)...

Just because you have the assemblies in the same folder, C# compiler does not automatically resolve referenced assemblies for you. You have to specify the referenced assemblies using the '/r' switch.
