Originally I thought it to be junk news but sure enough someone proposed it . . . copying a "successful" program in a neighboring community. In the article I read, there's the following paragraph:

What does that say . . . . rhetorically speaking? Will there be protests and objections or, since it's money-into-the-community, No Problem.
