Prakash: Congrats on losing 6lbs! The trick is slow but sure, then it really will stay off. You may want to consider picking up some exercise, perhaps a little walking (maybe 20 minutes) at lunch or something will really give you an edge in your weight loss efforts. I know time is an issue, but you would be surprised how many things it helps. I can focus more, I'm more happier and clear-headed and I even sleep better. It's amazing.
