I've found that the best way to submit an article is to write it on your local box (I downloaded the CodeProject CSS file to get it to look like CP while I'm writing it). When you're ready, simply go to CP, start your article, copy/paste the body to the article wizard, and upload all of the images and source zip file at the same time. It takes me about 10 minutes to do it that way, and I don't have to worry about anything weird happening from session to session.
