LinkedIn is a site dedicated to networking. FB might be too, never used it. What projects, and why would I be interested? Bastard Programmer from Hell :suss:

Wow, I'm glad to see the feedback :) The project is still alive. I have done 1st beta version already, but it was not so good as I wanted. So, now I rewriting almost everything (memory management, caclucating methods e.t.c.). I have my own vision of how library will work. If you want to participate, can you subcscribe on this message? I will send you beta version or api reference, or I will create a thread in the forum for a little discussion.

Yes. :) Because TS is currency agnostic (i.e. currency unaware), it's best to organize securities of similar currencies in separate portfolios. Support for currency exchange rates is planned for a future release once I'm able to identify requirements.  Would appreciate it if you took the TS2 survey (link at the TS2 site) - the survey is anonymous and allows you to suggest changes and new features. Thanks! /ravi My new year resolution: 2048 x 1536 Home | Articles | My .NET bits | Freeware ravib(at)ravib(dot)com

Posting your email address in a public internet forum is not a great idea... unless you like spam. I'd suggest you remove that, people can still answer you in the forum or email you indirectly through CodeProject.

You can view the screenshots generated during each automated build and release here: http://www.softwaremonkeys.net/screenshots/[^] I'm aware of the issue with the menu but haven't figured out why it's happening yet. It seems strange that Microsoft's own browser doesn't work with one of their own ASP.NET menu controls when firefox does. It's even worse because in some versions of IE I've had it work, but it others it doesn't. And in Chrome it works....most of the time. I've decided to abandon HTML and JavaScript for the next version, as much as possible. I'm planning a new version with a silverlight interface, which should help get around the traditional browser compatibility issues and make the whole application a lot more efficient and enjoyable to use. I'm investigating the possibilities of making the navigation and organization more visual and intuitive, using some of the new features silverlight offers. I've built a new dependency injection system for the new version and I'm in the process of building a new, more scalable data storage system (built on RavenDB instead of db4o). The new version will use a lot of existing code and concepts but it's being completely re-organised and refactored from the ground up to make it even more efficient to work with. I'll post more info once I have at least a prototype of the new version.

It's still fun to see a .NET app on something different from Windows. I'm wondering if it'd work on a MacBook Pro? Bastard Programmer from Hell :suss:

I included the ford logo as an example that as long as you adhere to the specified rules, you can camo anything you want. :) ".45 ACP - because shooting twice is just silly" - JSOP, 2010 ----- You can never have too much ammo - unless you're swimming, or on fire. - JSOP, 2010 ----- "Why don't you tie a kerosene-soaked rag around your ankles so the ants won't climb up and eat your candy ass." - Dale Earnhardt, 1997

Great. How did you get rid of the flickering? In WinForms I always found the double bbuffering to be hit and miss. And from the clouds a mighty voice spoke: "Smile and be happy, for it could come worse!" And I smiled and was happy And it came worse.

Sorry, I think I misunderstood what you were asking. Yes, it's a shareware component, and yes, testers get the full HDSoft package; that means full source code (Win32 C++, non-MFC) is included, plus projects for VS2008, VS2010, and (maybe) VS6. The beta is distributed on the same basis as other HDSoft components - testers can compile the component into their products, but may not distribute the source code. Please ask here if you have more questions, or send email. Best wishes, Hans [Hans Dietrich Software]
