As Paul says, you don't get it included with the Express editions; that's why they are free. I did read somewhere that it may be possible to buy the MFC libraries and add them to your system, but you would need to ask Microsoft about that.

Cheers! It turns out I hadn't registered the add-in path, so Doxycomment wasn't showing up in the Options. Fixed it and now I can access its settings. :thumbsup:

I don't have this option on my version (Express) of VS so I cannot offer any further suggestions. I would have assumed that a selection titled "Deploy solution" would have some way of identifying all components that need to be copied.

oddly, it looks like killing the *perfWatson* process stops the lock ups. which is odd because that process is supposed to help report performance problems to MS. :laugh:
