ok ok .. -- I expect sarcasms  but it's not for me (honest !) -- I do C#.. It's a long story, but someone asked me where he could get VB6 (Visual Studio 6 with VB).. He moved (paid for the whole thing) to VB.NET and did not like it. Now he wants to get back to old version (he's not a professional programmer, more of a hobbist) and can not find back the install CDs. I assumed he's ready to pay for it, etc. I googled this and could not find an _honest_ way to get it. any pointers ? thanks Denevers -- modified at 22:29 Tuesday 3rd January, 2006

Not any more. MS dropped it a couple of weeks ago. I have seen online suppliers advertising that they can still source it though. Try hunting around. It didn't work.

I think not. I remember reading a thread about it a couple of weeks back. Cheers, Vikram.

hey - I spent YEARS doing VB6, (even though I was employed as a C++er, mentioned at my interview that I knew VB, instantly became company's VB bitch lol), so surely you can understand why so predictable lol!
