This was mentioned in the first episode of the new series of Doctor Who. A couple of US contacts, have asked what it is? Given that 'Beans on Toast' is a staple of the English diet, I was suprised that they hadn't heard of it it, or even eaten it. So, have you had 'Beans on Toast'? That's what I was thinking, up until I told my girlfriend about it and she said "hey that sounds good." I'm doomed. Jeremy Falcon

When I was poor, I lived on them once for 2 weeks. I've never eaten them again. Christian Graus - Microsoft MVP - C++

I did that with tuna for 4 months once (lunch only though) when I was on a serious, serious health kick. I'm with you, I'll never look at tuna again unless there's so much crap in it that it barely tastes like fish anymore. Jeremy Falcon

Yeah but I like the canned spagetti better. Objects in mirror are closer than they appear

The absolute best food to go with baked beans is BBQ. Nothing else comes close. Throw in a side of potato salad and it's a meal worth getting messy over. Jeremy Falcon

You should try them together. Very tasty. Melt a little cheese on top and you have a culinary delight... well I think so. Michael CP Blog [^] Development Blog [^]

Looks like it's been passed already, possibly by an ostrich with amoebic dysentry.
