The boss of TECO Corp.[^] runs MOS Burger[^]. The engineer employees of TECO have to work as the clerks at MOS Burger to sell hamburgers for couple days or weeks per year.

Surely same pay!! It's the yearly routine training to the engineers of TECO. The boss hopes the engineers to get themselves as part of the crowd (not sure how to express this in English), to learn the reception manner; Not just wrestling and fighting with machine everyday (for example, sit in front of the screen and do the coding for the whole day long).

He wants them to have contact with real people instead of just their machines? That is very cruel. :)

Non-related companies would trade employees on a short-term basis (say 2 weeks) so that they can experience another career without the fear of losing their jobs. Jobs that are related to the following would be very interesting to me: Astronomy, archaeology and geology. <sanity_check>Didn't have lunch so I'm losing my mind here.</sanity_check> "If only one person knows the truth, it is still the truth." - Mahatma Gandhi Web - Blog - RSS - Math

I'd rather just have the two weeks off. ;P Marc Pensieve Some people believe what the bible says. Literally. At least [with Wikipedia] you have the chance to correct the wiki -- Jörgen Sigvardsson
