America Better Than France

Why you still hate france? I dont understand? just because they didn't send troops to Iraq? so did you hear to news that Blair and Bush admit that they mis-stepped several times over several issues in Iraq? and also note that here you have many french people too. Dont you worry if the fellow CPian gets hurt? If you dont feel like that, you certainly miss something in you. Please avoid it espeir.

Don't like wine... But Stella Artios is a rather nice french lager beer. Don't care much for Budweisser. However, English Real Ale is BEST

When acting like a fanboy, it's important to use the appropriate lingo. For example, the title ("America Better Than France") should actually be written as: "/\m3rica B3++3r than Fr4n(e. ha ha ha! \/\/e r0x0r! U suk! ROFL!!!!" ----------------------------------------------------- Empires Of Steel[^]

Yes, if you like Coke, I suppose that sweet filth that the US produces in the name of wine is better. I think I'll stick to my Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Chateauneuf du Pape and Tavel. Nunc est bibendum
I'm drinking a Diet Coke right now! I also live in the Coke Capital of the world! France and Germany also produce Coke. When you pull into Tahiti's harbor, the first thing you see is a giant Coke sign! Coke rules the world!

Actually Belgish beers are pretty good, I Kind of think that Belgium is almost England. I heard somewhere that you even have hedges, is that true? Don't it just suck when peopel have different opinions?" Valakai Senior Animal Rights Activist http://animalsuffering.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2956

Never ever say that to a Belgian . Our beer, for one, is better, the chocolat is better, the food in general is better :-D.

I actually don't really understand what you mean by this . We have hedges occasionally, but not constantly. :). Coulda, woulda, shoulda doesn't matter if you don't.

Which explains why your nation is obeese and dying of type 2 diabetes. Nunc est bibendum
I thought we were dying of old age because, despite our culinary excess, we're rich and have good health care.

Dont you stay informed? Type 2 diabetes (that caused by eating sugar) is the biggest killer in the US. Nunc est bibendum
And yet despite that our life expectency is about the same as Germany's. That supports my correct claim that we're rich with good health care, so it doesn't matter if we stuff our faces with crappy food!

Try French cuisine http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_cuisine[^]
They eat less of more, but we eat more of less.

Its your life, eat crap if you like, I've seen the results first hand of a young American guy who drank 2 liters of coke a day. Nunc est bibendum
Did he waste away into nothing? I'll take my chances because America is rich. If I'm about to die from Diet Coke, then I'll just pay someone in Germany to hook me up to a well-engineered iron lung or whatever and I'll be good to go!

Which is possibly worse for you than the sugar. Read up on the afects of temperature on aspartame http://www.infinite-health.com/diet/diet6.html[^] I wouldnt go near it. Just give me Water, Wine and Beer in that order. Nunc est bibendum
That's an old myth. First of all, the article you linked claimed it breaks down at 86 degrees F, but that's actually celcius (186 degrees farenheight...or almost boiling). At that temperature it doesn't break down into anything harmful either...just some innocuous basic amino acids. There have been numerous studies on Aspartame over the years and none have linked it to the causing of any diseases or adverse health problems...And it's been around for about 30 years. -- modified at 11:09 Friday 26th May, 2006 Note, however, that there HAVE been numerous studies demonstrating the adverse health effects of excessive alcohol consumption.
