Yes, if you like Coke, I suppose that sweet filth that the US produces in the name of wine is better. I think I'll stick to my Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Chateauneuf du Pape and Tavel. Nunc est bibendum

Don't like wine... But Stella Artios is a rather nice french lager beer. Don't care much for Budweisser. However, English Real Ale is BEST

Stella is from Flanders (North Belgium). I am looking at the Stella factory right now, and if you look at the label, you will see 'Leuven' on it. Nunc est bibendum -- modified at 4:32 Friday 26th May, 2006

When acting like a fanboy, it's important to use the appropriate lingo. For example, the title ("America Better Than France") should actually be written as: "/\m3rica B3++3r than Fr4n(e. ha ha ha! \/\/e r0x0r! U suk! ROFL!!!!" ----------------------------------------------------- Empires Of Steel[^]

I'm drinking a Diet Coke right now! I also live in the Coke Capital of the world! France and Germany also produce Coke. When you pull into Tahiti's harbor, the first thing you see is a giant Coke sign! Coke rules the world!

Never ever say that to a Belgian . Our beer, for one, is better, the chocolat is better, the food in general is better :-D.

I actually don't really understand what you mean by this . We have hedges occasionally, but not constantly. :). Coulda, woulda, shoulda doesn't matter if you don't.

I thought we were dying of old age because, despite our culinary excess, we're rich and have good health care.

And yet despite that our life expectency is about the same as Germany's. That supports my correct claim that we're rich with good health care, so it doesn't matter if we stuff our faces with crappy food!

That's an old myth. First of all, the article you linked claimed it breaks down at 86 degrees F, but that's actually celcius (186 degrees farenheight...or almost boiling). At that temperature it doesn't break down into anything harmful either...just some innocuous basic amino acids. There have been numerous studies on Aspartame over the years and none have linked it to the causing of any diseases or adverse health problems...And it's been around for about 30 years. -- modified at 11:09 Friday 26th May, 2006 Note, however, that there HAVE been numerous studies demonstrating the adverse health effects of excessive alcohol consumption.
