It's a ripper if you've got a cold, my mum used to do it. It helps the throat tho, eucalyptus is great for that, that's why so many throat lozenges are eucalyptus and honey or eucalyptus and lemon. I was in recently, and they suggested the following: 1. No caffeine 2. Gargle 2-3 times a day with warm salt water 3. Eat some Vitamin C - 1000 mg per day 4. Cepacol tablets for relieving the pain I've seen better runs in my shorts! - Patches O'Houlihan
