If you're a coffee drinker, where do you get the best cup of coffee? Do you make it? A particular cafe, diner, coffeehouse?

Glad you asked :) At Home: Senseo + Douwe Egberts In Austin, TX: Mozart's Elsewhere: Starbucks (Cafe Mocha) The next time you get bogged down by details, don't scramble for a way to figure out how to get every single one of them down pat. For a good example of this warning, look at a particularly tightly wound coworker or friend: The stress in their life is mostly self-inflicted, and the extra efforts they put out are rarely rewarded. Skip the martyr act and keep things simple. If small problems pop up, they pop up -- and they make life a lot more interesting.

Olive branch coffee, local place. Depending on my mood, Black Jet, Pinon, Kokopelli Koffee, White Sands blend. But since all of those moods are the darker coffee, I guess you could say I always prefer a dark rich flavorful coffee. _________________________ Asu no koto o ieba, tenjo de nezumi ga warau. My favorite is to use Illy espresso coffee beans, spring water, and a dash of cinnamon on the grinds. Once it's ready, get some International Delight creamer (vanilla or hazelnut flavor) in there and...yummmmy! :-D Josh

Are you spending your waking hours writing a program which will write all other programs that you will ever need to write? If so, you would not only be extremely lazy, but extremely smart too! :-D

They are number 2 on my list. I don't, however, like or appreciate their flimsy attempt to be 'hip' like Starbucks by having cappucinos, mochas, etc. D&D sucks in that department, but they rock in the Plain Coffee dept. :D josh

I drink Folger's Premium Roast at home. On the road, Starbuck's (with a Strawberries and Creme Frappucino if the weather is hot).

I don't like brewed coffee, but I love iced coffee. Yum. I once was in line at a shop behind a girl that ordered something like a "short decaf non-fat no-foam latte". I was tempted to ask her "what's the point? why not just drink a cup of milk?" ;)

I used to go to a local drive-thru beverage hut called the Liquid Highway in Greenville, SC. They have some of the best coffee I've ever had, but I'm not sure what kind it is. I usually just buy Eight o'Clock coffee at home these days; cheap and tastes decent. There's a local roaster, Little River Roasters, in town whose coffee I drink at the cafe sometimes. Not too shabby, but I don't go out of my way for it, not like Liquid Highway's mojo. BW

                                          1. The Brown Cow, Hampton St, Hampton in Melbourne, Australia. 2. A little cafe (forget it's name) just near the intersection of St Kilda road and Punt Rd. Again, Melbourne Australia. All others are mere shadows, mere imitations. Mere reminders that what you are drinking is not coffee but a pale insipid pretence. cheers, Chris Maunder
