Delete your code and try a new approach. Often we code ourselves into corners and feel that there must be a solution and our ego blinders prevent us from realizing that the mistake was with the desing and not the immediate code. (only one thing to consider, I don't actually know which problem you were speaking of so I don't know if this advice is applicable)

Well it was an incorrect data binding setup by me but because of this but it there should be some warning or workaround provided by MS for it. But any advice is good advice, even if it's bad, you just ignore it in that case.

Why? Anyways I got my problem sorted after an innocuous hit in Google (on about the 50th page, that's how long I've been hunting for the solution). Still it provided me with yet another lesson and method of tackling similar problems.

I try to ask someone not to long out of school. You get a fresh, untainted, sometimes off-the-wall answer that may or may not be what I'm looking for, but it usually starts me thinking down a different path to where I figure out what I need to do. Also Google it but don't get booged down in the results. Sometimes that jar's my thoughts into new directions.

A recent research project found that: It's more likely that a person who already have helped you before will help you again than that a person you have helped will help you...

You find out where the MVPs hang out. Ask your question there. If the MVP doesn't know, then they have access to people at Microsoft who should have the answer. Finally someone else who has a problem with their head size :rolleyes:, actually it's my neck that's bigger at the moment due to (no sympathy please) a lymphoma.
