Considered that the Flash plugin is so popular and commonly installed, why MS wasn't interested in buying Macromedia??
Are you kidding? Flash doesn't require .NET, IE, or even Windows. 'nuff said...

My boss thinks flash-based help is "snazzy". I'm doomed to implement it for a web app...
