Install Problem

Previously I had VS.net 2005 installed on my computer. Due to a problem i decided to reinstall VS.net 2005 Pro. Now installation fails. I have tried a few things like coping the setup package to the hard drive, stop all non-microsoft services including anti virus but same result :(. Any suggestions? Error log is below.
