Crazy Million Dollar Idea
-
The thread from a while back that listed all those crazy ideas that made their inventors millionairs got me thinking about my own. What do you think about a combined printer and loom? People can then "print" their own clothes with only three colored "cartridges". :) It would have to be a threaded application. badum-pum. :-D Anyone else thought about inventing something?

I have invented a really nice thing. Will bring me much more than one million. Of course what I will not tell you. Maybe I can think in the subject if someone offer me 2 millions...

My wife likes to remind me of all the ideas I have had that have failed to make us rich. I like to remind her that we're statistically overdue for one that works, and people who don't follow their ideas are the only ones with a guarenteed outcome. She also was against my going into programming because 'sales is a steady job'.

simply remind her every time a machine fails or there is a glitch... there is a programmer somewhere who has to straighten out the software. :)

eminds of way back in the 80s. a friend has a S100 system with a Z80. He wrote a program which would print standard knitting instructions for a pullover of the ASCII character set. His wife knitted the pullover, but it didn't look quite right. Then his wife said computers were stupid as every everyone knows you knit left to right, right to left, not left to right, left to right.
