Interesting quotes from Score 1.0

I think one of the main points to come out of this is Jews, like every other religion, have things in our past we'd rather forget. However, our religion obligates us to question everything and change what is wrong. I'm certainly no expert and I have no idea if those quotes are genuine or not but they bear no relation, whatever, to modern Jewish thinking. Score 1.0 is being deliberatley provocative. Our mistake, if there is one, is to rise to that. He should be treated as he appears: as a truculant child with nothing better to do than to goad adults who should know better.

You are doing the same thing that leckey was doing. You are asking others to treat me the way that i appear to you.

Why do you think it saddens me?

The mature and correct thing to do in such a situation would be to clarify your position on the text he quoted out of context, for the benefit of those of us who don't know much about your religion. Just set the record straight and move on. No need to start an argument, since it accomplishes nothing. But do set the record straight. But why did you feel you HAD to stoop to his level? What is the difference then between you and that "white-supremcist (sic) (check info in stormfront), 16, and is homeschooled yet he claims his parents don't care about his education?"

You are free to think and say what you want, just like he is. But let me ask you a question, if I may. Why do you think we should all ignore his posts, just because he makes you uncomfortable?

And what about your own "hypcrosy?" You are doing the same thing you are booing him for - quoting stuff out of context. Or is it OK in your case because you are a female in this mostly-male community and have the support of other Jews who must be as annoyed and disgusted as you are because of the text he quoted out of context? Oh and you are older than 16, probably went to a public school, and your parents probably cared about your education. Isn't that supposed to give you a somewhat more mature and intelligent brain? Do the right thing. Set the record straight in his thread, and move on. This is just an internet forum, no need to take it so seriously.
I was just doing what he did--take things out of context. I did that on purpose. I wanted it to be an example to him of why you shouldn't take things out of context. I'm sorry if my lesson was not clear. he does not make me uncomfortable. he's more of an annoying fly that I finally tried to swat. I feel sorry for him that his views are so narrow-minded. Yes, I know some people may say that I am as well. I feel sorry for the rest of the country that someone who is obviously bright but (what I feel) is very misguided will part of adult society in a couple years. I do not feel I have anymore rights than anyone else on the board because I am female, Jewish or because I have brown hair. Finally, yes I am older than 16, went to a public school, but my parents did not care about my eduation. I think I turned out just fine. I just hope the same for 1.0

You say that now, but that was obviously not your original intent.

Could be. Or could be because I'm sincerely moved. A well rounded, dynamic education in which you come into contact with lots of individuals would arm you with the tools to decern the chaff from the wheat.

I think that is a flawed assessment. Speech is speech - be it written on a forum, in a book, or shouted through a megaphone.

You still have a chance to change your obviously corrupted mind. I advise you to do that before it's too late. Those guys with short hair are only your "family" as long as they benefit from it. The moment you think twice about kicking the shit out of that black person, you'll be a "nigger lover" in their eyes, and it will be you who'll be chewing boots...

I don't think you understand a whole lot actually.
