Niether personality knew of the other. Not really plausable, but I'm sure it looked great on paper for the producers.

It could be worse... people were constantly asking if I was related to Christy Brinkley in my day, I would tell them... no spelled without an 'n' "BRICKLEY"... and then would come the obvious response... "oh, okay. Are you related to David Brinkley?" :doh::doh: (yeah, I know, I know, all the newer generation are going "who??") The point is, it doesn't matter what you say.... they'll believe what they want to believe, ask what they want to ask. Just have your responses handy. If it gets too annoying you can always find an ... appropriate... phone number and write it down to hand it out... let them figure it out. :)

Yep, one letter can make one hell of a difference. Reminds me of this british writer/comedian called Tony Hawks, who constantly gets fanmail from kids wanting Tony Hawk, the skateboarder :D. Anyway he replies to some of them, and posts some of the emails on his site - absolutely hilarious some of them: http://www.tony-hawks.com/skatemail.php[^] BTW I had to google for both those Brinkley's - although Christy sounded vaguely familiar.

I was a cheerleader my freshman year of high school. Then I played the school mascot (a bulldog). My high school career highlight was at the boys' basketball highlights when they announced the cheerleaders by name and they only had a little applause, then they announced me and the crowd went wild. ah, those were the days...
