Yeah, this add[^] gives no real details. I emailed them about it but have not heard back yet. I am thinking that it is probably not an Intel board for that price but I am not viewing that as a bad thing since I have worked with them before in my lab at work and found them to be a bit, shall we say, temperMENTAL.

No guarentees now... I am just matching features. There is probably a Tyan and Intel similar. If it said Intel graphics I would assume it was an Intel board. There are also some OEM boards from Asus and MSI that are not available for individual sales. I'll be interested in what you find out.
