So, who will interview him and his ex for hours when his marriage fails? And what will they learn? Marc

Good question. The immoral of this story is, have your cake and eat it too.

Why pick on him? What's good for the goose is good for the gander. I wonder if they're the reason other couple's are breaking up?

How does that apply here? Are you saying all marriages should be "open"? Should we all start wearing leisure suits?

I didn't get the impression from Bassam or the original article. I personally doubt that human monogamy is as 'social' of a construct as some folks would like to think. Our children take a long time to reach basic self-sufficiency, and even more time to learn enough to be useful to society at large. There is much to be gained by strong family bonds & long-term parents. However, as we see deviations from the norm in other aspects of human behavior, we should expect it here as well. If two folks decide that their marriage should be like this, then so be it. It's not harming society at large in the least bit - society should stay out of their hair. I think the only thing society should say is "why'd you bother getting married in the first place? Didn't think that one all the way through, huh?" :)

There's supposed to be a comedy movie coming up where the wife and husband to be decide to share their deepest secret and the wife's (based on the trailer) happens to be that she did it with the dog. They had a shot where the man and woman where in the car and the dog in between them and the husband was feeling awkward. We may not agree on much, but on this kind of filth I think we're in agreement. X| In both cases, the directors are using mainstream movies to promote bestiality and pedophilia (NAMBLA). I think they should be sued.

Whats wrong with that? We are all animals. If I want to express my love to another creature then that is my business. JUST KIDDING!!!! This is how homosexuality and trans-gender trash is promoted but it seems to have been a successful push as everyone seems indifferent of it. Soon it will be the same for bestiality and there will be homosexual animal fuckers getting married to their pets and cartoons will have these type of characters in them because its politically correct and tolerant. Except that I believe that it represents a lot more than filth. It represents the norms of tomorrow. And it represents why current definitions of 'freedom' are so flawed.

No, the media has a HUGE influence on people's lives, they can change the way you think very easily.

That is not politically correct and is very intolerant. How dare you. The zooers would argue that we are all animals and it does not matter. However I agree with you, but never say never because things are changing. Lets hope it starts moving in a different direction.

Barring the reasons, what would you say if and when it does happen? Will you believe that the cause was due to this acceptance in the here and now or just how nature intended it to be?

                                        Scary, but quite possible.

Possibly true too, but your way, according to those of us who also don't agree with your so-called "leftists", is also extreme. If I was made emperor of the world, I'd be what's best for it. :)

Freedom of expression. However child porn is illegal and for good reasons. Do you defend child porn, even if it is computer generated and no real children were filmed?
