I'm keeping this bookmarked, as I can imagine some time in the future when some poor programmer breaks his wrist, and management say "Hey, Vista's got voice recognition, you can use that and still do your job - no sick leave for you!"

The guys here at work started to ask where all that noise was coming from. I could not stop laughing. To good. Thanks you.

Hilarious, but I don't really think it was set up to do programming with the crazy capitalization and puncuation rules.

It even does not work with simple speach if you look at the presentation of microsoft. Terrible. There are some other clips at Youtube too about it. Great stuff.

I'm not using Vista and probably wont. Although extremely funny, he was trying to use a hammer to drive in a screw. If I did go to Vista I could see using that for browsing and repetitive mouse activities.

:laugh::laugh: Yes, coding is definitely not something voice recognition is made for - my husband and I were clutching our sides laughing! It would have taken about ten seconds on a keyboard - not ten minutes. :-D
