When the day's all getting a bit much and there's an explosion of frustrated temper about to happen, isn't great when you can just stick on the headphones and listen to something to calm you a bit...
HeadPhones are not allowed in our Office. But while i m working in the Home i used to put a melody songs and work.

Heck. Headphones are calming even without music. Have you ever noticed how people are hesitant to interrupt someone with headphones, because it usually requires a more "in your face" contact, like touching, to get noticed? Give it a try. Put on the headphones but don't play any music. You'll be left in peace! :) Marc

I think he eventually caught on to what I was doing since I never plugged my headphones into anything (and it was quite obvious that I didn't) and he got mad adn just stopped talking to me.
