Hi What can be the effect of sitting 10-12 hours daily. We IT people are spending so many hours sitting only our neck, eyes and fingers are moving. What can be the long term effect? I am 24 years old not. How old I will look after 6 years? regards Naga

I sit at my desk 14 hours a day. I visit the physio once a week and have constant back and neck pain. It's not going to age you, if anything it will be good, as you're out of the sun.

hey, do not sit for more than 30 mins. after 30 mins, get up stretch yourself and walk for a min or two. may be drink some water. stretch your palms, ur back, and take a couple of deep breaths. u will feel more relaxed :)

That's a difficult puzzle even Quartz will not be able to solve.

Add 6 years to whatever you look like now. I'm 36 and still get carded for beer and cigarettes. People are generally surprised when they find out my age. I'll go ahead and say it's because of sitting all day.
