The return of Indiana Jones ! (?)

While I didn't necessarily agree with Tom Clancy about Harrison Ford being too old to play Jack Ryan, I have to think that this latest news of a new Indiana Jones flick is a bit late in coming since Ford is now almost 60 years old. Since when did movies start being referred to as 'franchises'? X| He's still got it - nothing wrong with a slightly grey and threadbare Indiana ;) cheers, Chris Maunder

My personal favourite which I thought up the last time rumours of a new indy film came about was "Indiana Jones and the Postoffice Queue of Peril" -- Help me! I'm turning into a grapefruit!

That would very different from what I had read and definitely very cool. Thanks Paul !! Like you, I'd definitely watch that (especially if Ford had a hand in picking the younger Indiana). Hopefully, it will be someone young and charismatic like a River Phoenix or Leonardo DiCaprio (who did extremely well in Beach). I don't believe River Phoenix will be making movies any time soon. DiCaprio never really impressed me as an actor (not that I can act) until I saw "What's Eating Gilbert Grape." After seeing that I think the guy could do almost any role. nay
 I meant a person with his charisma and looks. Cheers, Tom Archer Author - Inside C#, Visual C++.NET Bible Please remember to keep this for tax purposes.

Chris Maunder wrote: Since when did movies start being referred to as 'franchises'? It was probably around the time when musicians started referring to their album as their 'product'. That's when I changed the channel.
