                      It's obviously not sent by CP. You might have something on your computer that simply read your contacts list, and then sent you mail on behalf of them. You can type anything in the "from" email address when sending mail.

                                  I just received two emails from "webmaster" webmaster at codeproject.com. There is an attachment "Video_part.mim". I didn't download it. I don't think it was sent by CP webmaster. How does this person know my email? Any idea?

                                  It's called spam. Spammers use our email address in their "from" address to trick you into thinking it's a legitemate email. They aren't from us. Just delete them
