Why CP is Best

I posted a programming question (PHP on Win XP) the other night to the Lounge. While I wasn't quite sure which forum to post my question (new to web dev) I thought I'd give it a chance in the lounge for some direction. The responses to my post were not only helpful but heartening. I know we all should "research" the correct forums for our questions. But it struck how helpful everyone wanted to be - without being coarse about where I should have posted my question. Thank you all that helped. P.S. PHP is now fully operational on my XP laptop.

Sorry for that. :-D
If you truly believe you need to pick a mobile phone that "says something" about your personality, don't bother. You don't have a personality. A mental illness, maybe - but not a personality. - Charlie Brooker My Blog - My Photos - ScrewTurn Wiki

Well, he has to cope with PHP, that is enough, we thought, we should not flame him for posting programming questions in the Lounge on the top of it.

Asking for help to get your box working isn't exactly a programming question. If anything, you picked the right forum. Try posting some broken code, and asking for a fix. These:  will abound.
