When I was 14, I spent summer in heat up to 45 degrees C lugging railway sleepers and mowing lawns. True story. Christian I am completely intolerant of stupidity. Stupidity is, of course, anything that doesn't conform to my way of thinking. - Jamie Hale - 29/05/2002 Half the reason people switch away from VB is to find out what actually goes on.. and then like me they find out that they weren't quite as good as they thought - they've been nannied. - Alex, 13 June 2002

Beat this then. I visited the temple of 'Abu Simbel' in the far south of Egypt during July 1999. The temperature at noon was 57 Celsius. There was no shade and a can of coke cost $7. HOT HOT HOT Users. Can't live with 'em, can't kill em!
Now that's hot! Only one time can I recall it being that warm here, and though it lasted a few weeks, we at least had some air conditioning to help. I Drowned Schroedinger's Stupid Cat!
