According to babelfish, it reads like this: The neat beautiful face annoys person pity, after knows Mr. the heart to hate without the dormancy Looks at the running water from the front door, at the present the running water exudes the light smoke I could not agree more.

I don't think it does't rhyme. I'm trying to give pronunciation of both Chinese characters in phonetic symbol: 眠 [mian] 烟 [yan] They are both end with [-an]. In Chinese poem, they do rhyme. BTW, in my opinion, this is a very good writing.
