Not many people are into psy-trance. Does anyone here know T.I.P. and Raja Ram?

This will probably work. import the songs to iTunes, burn the songs to an audio CD then take the CD out and put it back in w/ iTunes running. iTunes will hit the CDDB database and find a match!
Side Note: The tracks will have to be in the correct order they were originally on the album to work w/ CDDB (Gracenote)

You could zoning in the chorus of each song and try googling that to see what comes back.
There are no lyrics in psy-trance; the music talks directly to your conciousness. The only vocals are trippy samples of dialogue from classic sci-fi and horror movies.

I have found a fantastic album in MP3 on our server, but I only know the label, i.e. publisher, and track lengths. I figure there might be a database somewhere that I can search for a CD with ten tracks, with the same lengths, from the same label. Is there?

What if it's a legal download from sites like http://www.beatport.com[^] or http://www.juno.co.uk[^] ? the fact that the file names and ID3 tags are not complete does not imply that the mp3 files are illegally downloaded. from what I've read from you, I think you're a moron.
