Looking for info on NET20 SP1

Hi, There is a SP availiabe for NEt20.. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=79BC3B77-E02C-4AD3-AACF-A7633F706BA5&displaylang=en[^] But I can't find details of files it updates. And also it wont run on Vista. Which means I have to download 3.5 Framework which is like 197MB!
