"Greenhouse effect" ? Where did you pick that errant bit of wisdom up at ?. Yea the temp was way up in there but it had nothing to do with a greenhouse effect anymore than staying in a closed room with no circulation or ventilation does. Compound that with a metal exterior and it gets pretty hot. In Texas we have three or four of these cases each year. Sometimes its stupidity on the parents side, sometimes its childern opening the door and climbing in, all kinda things. Last year there was a case where the kids were playing hide and seek and one hid in the trunck of a car in 95 degree weather. I treat my pets better than some people treat there kids. We're all missing something here. Who would leave a 3 year-old and a 10 month old alone in a car for three hours, even if there wasn't a heat wave? This is just beyond stupid. My daughter is never more than an arm's length away from me for more than 30 seconds once I step outside of my front door. I don't consider myself over protective. It's a sick world. As for this woman, if it wasn't intentional, it was at best a tradgedy of selfishness. How hard would it have been to simply bring the kids into the salon? Seriously? Selfish people should never have children. Plain and simple. If you're a selfish person, cut your nuts off, or get your tubes tied or something. Children require so much more than a selfish parent is willing to give them. I swear there should be mandatory courses from parenting whenever a woman is impregnated. You've gotta be tested and liscensed to drive a car, practice various proffesions, even to own a dog in some places, but anyone with sex organs can become a parent.
