I stated this as a conspiracy about a week ago. US/EU/Aus special forces.

Well now, we'll just follow that up with this one ... shall we? Cable Cutter Nutters Chase Underwater Conspiracies[^] I think sea life did it; they probably used Sharks. Big ones. They're attempting to cut off all communication before they start their massive assault on human kind. Hey, we should have seen it coming ... you'd be ticked too, if millions of people were constantly eating YOUR family members.

not from our sea! I'm from NM, everyone knows this is the home of ET.... I'm betting on aliens from outer space! ;P you know, outside of a couple of years elsewhere, and a week at a time at various locations around the USA, I have lived in NM pretty close to all my life and I have NEVER gone to Roswell. I figured out years ago what I expect it is, not ET, and avoid the ET crowd like the plague... but it sure makes for a good joke, no one knows this town, but everyone knows Roswell!

I read a possible motivation for the sabotage: Iran is several days away from beginning a new energy-trading system (i.e. oil) that is peer-to-peer, sort of like Napster was. This eliminates all the middlemen, linking buyers and sellers directly, and it's totally Internet-based. My guess is that the oilmen controlling the White House don't like this one little bit, and are pathetically trying to derail it. It's interesting that we haven't heard anything about Iran's new energy-trading system in the corporate media. Elsewhere, I read that shortly before the 9-11 attacks, the US shut down hundreds of Islamic web sites. It was speculated that the severed cables are a prelude to another US false-flag attack.

that suddenly explains why Alamogordo has 1 McDonalds, 1 Burger King, 1 Walmart, but 7 Chinese food restaurants, and 9, count 'em, NINE tatoo places.... (actually the latter comes from the presence of an AFB nearby)

A Google search on "iran oil bourse internet cable" brings up: http://mathaba.net/news/?x=580907 and other links. You won't find this mentioned on Fox or CNN. (Another reason why these fascists hate the Internet!)

Once again you left out the Canadian Special Operations and their special sonar devices.
