I make sawdust.

When I'm not developing software for the company I work at I'm cleaning the office because my side job is as a cleaner and my only client is the company that I develop software for. No really I'm not kidding. I also used to be a chef up until about 2 years ago, now I don't even want to look at a frying pan, which is probably how I will feel about computers in about 10 years.
This is the end, the end my friend, the end...

Sometimes I get the off and odd job as bodyguard. When the americans come to my country they want some protection and they pay well, and it isn't as dangerous as it sounds. At least not as dangerous as C++ programming, NOTE: I live in Costa Rica

We've got a guy coming in a few weeks to replace the floor boards in the upstairs rooms. He's going to take out the mess that is there, put down a ply wood subfloor and then glue and secret nail 80mm tallow boards. He'll then leave it for a few weeks to acclimatise to the moisture level in the house and return to sand and polish. Between the laying and sanding I need to replace all the door trims as the new floor will be about 10mm lower than the exsting. The walls are rendered brick and a lot of the render is "drumy". Any advice on how I can get the old door trims off without disturbing too much of the old lime render? I leart the hard way when painting that drummy render should be left alone!

Used to be a full time musician (Piano / Bass Guitar / Clarinet / Saxes) but gave it up to spend time at home with my family, so now just do it part time. Main job is Mobile (Cell) Phone repair engineer, plus the occaisional bit of application / web site developement and general IT advisor. Weekends are spent doing electrical / plumbing / decorating. Evenings are generally dedicated to Audio recording. Occaisionally I find some spare time to do a bit of coding and be with my family (the reason I quit the music busines in the first place  ). Busy but very varied life for me - enjoy a 'few' ;) beers too!
