I have a feeling that the folks at T-Mobile have not updated their systems to handle the daylight saving time switch. The time on my kids cellphone is an hour off (slow) and no matter of resetting it is fixing it. Anyone else having this problem?

I think you will find that the time shown on the phone is set by the user and is not network time. You have to change it like any other clock!

You may want to disable the auto-time-set option before manually resetting the clock. /ravi

It depends on which phone you have. This might help https://support.t-mobile.com/knowbase/root/public/tm23412.htm

I use AT&T, and it took almost a week for my phone to show the time change.

While this may have been the case with older phones, the new ones have synchronization built in. There is no need to set the date or time manually.
