so how did you do it? did you dunk? eat dry? chew less and swallow more? how did the dutch guy win? :) I still remember the pizza eating contest, I was ill for a day and a half. The sugar rush will pass, and you will collapse from the sugar plummet... make sure and have some protein so the sugar crash doesn't hit you too hard. :)

Just slow, steady and consistent. I worked out that 12 of them in 5 mins was one every 25 seconds. I tried to pace myself and eat them in 20 seconds to give me 5 secods to recover between.

Well he's about 7' tall and as I found out later he gave up smoking last week and has had a huge appetite since. I've been drinking lots of water in an attempt tio flush it out and I still cant get the sticky feeling from my lips. All in all it was great fun and no ones died or was sick

I dont think so. I decided to prepair myself by eating a massive dinner last night, it would have been a good idea but we had very spicy Thai and I think thats the cause of the wind :)

See this post[^] We had a last minute entry from a Dutch workmate and he took out the prize with 11 donuts in 5 mins. I managed 7 and am suffering a bit of a sugar rush and my guts dont feel so great.

This[^] site gives the calorie damage - 7 x ~250 calories / donut - you consumed your daily allotment - no more food for you today... :sigh:
