Last Monday my development machine gets crashed some how :(( It was running Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition SP 1 and was working excellent. But during a testing, some of the core files of operation system mistakenly gets deleted and then I had to install Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition SP2. Now, as usual, something happened  My Seagate FreeAgent Desktop USB HDD is not working :(( When i connect it to system, the Windows detect it, prompts "New Device is install and ready to use". The device manager also show it. But, I can't see it in My Computer nor i m able to access it. Can someone let me know is there any work around for it. I tried to browse a lot of forums but couldn't find any solution. I contacted microsoft support, they said "a patch will be given to overcome this problem with in next 8 business hours".Well! it's been 40 business hours now and now patch yet been given to me. Very much frustrated :( as i had kept my database backups all in that external HDD
