Help File Creator

Hi Developers, I am looking for a decent help file creator which can go along with my C# application. After googling it, i found many such software's, but the drawback of those creators is that it is necessary to install the software inorder for it to work which makes it pretty useless. Does any one know about any good help file creator? Ta :)

There are many good help creators. Take your pick. Is it for API documentation or a help for an application because your choice will be based on that consideration.
