I can't, sadly. I've been de-MVPed, and while I could still go this last time, I was unable to get the travel together.

X| What has MS in mind when they de-MVP truly deserving candidates and offer MVP to some people who don't even know basic programming? If being the top poster in MSDN forums and CP forums does not guarantee MVP then what does? Did they offer you a reason?

You have, what I would term, a very formal turn of phrase not seen in these isles since the old King passed from this world to the next. martin_hughes on VDK

Because I worked for CP last year, they don't count my CP posts. I left MSDN forums pretty quickly.

It is silly in my opinion. You were not being paid to answer questions in the forums. Is there no way to explain that to them? But what about your MSDN posts?

Shouldn't this be in the meetings forum?

Sadly, I can't go. My wife is pregnant with only about a week to go till the little munchkin shows up.
