Again, the flash, the javascript and the hidden menu

Since I just got a reply on my previous post and it wasn't useful I'm reposting: Here's the website - http://cic-caracas.org/test3[^] As you can see (if you open it with FIREFOX, you'll see the popup menu under the flash movie. If you open it with Internet Explorer, you'll see it the correct way. I've tried the z index, the absolute position, the transparent flash object but nothing has worked so far. help? :( Thank you!
