Yikes - Adobe Trial Software Bug
-
Just a minor bug. Everyone is on vacation in June anyway, right? Who will notice? :~ From the Adobe support site: During the month of June 2008, certain product trials that are launched for the first time (regardless of when they were installed) will function for only one day instead of 30 days, due to an error in a line of code that counts down the remaining days in a trial. You will not experience this issue if you have launched your trial before June 1, 2008, or do not launch it until July 1 or thereafter. And: Trials are currently unavailable Product trials are unavailable until July 1. We apologize for any inconvenience. For additional details, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). Link to the KB article describing the bug and to the download for the tool to extend the date: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=kb403598&sliceId=1[^] Link to the FAQ on this problem: http://www.adobe.com/trial_update/faq/[^]
_If you continue to do the same things you always did,
don't be surprised if you get the same results you always got.

So it is going to take them a bit more than a month to do a complete build cycle? :sigh:
xacc.ide - now with TabsToSpaces support
IronScheme - 1.0 alpha 4a out now (29 May 2008)More like they aren't going to rebuild (as the build they have will work after 1st July...)
