sir i want to block any third party .exe from runnig on computer . For example i want to stop running .exe of winamp can u suggest me any alogrithim or any idea how can i go for it in asp.net .

As has been said, you obvioulsy have no idea what ASP.NET is, and does. Please buy a book and read it.

You may have developed it, but I doubt if it works - if it does then it's not a web app as web apps cannot, by definition, control what is running on a client pc. Applications that do so have to be downloded first, and therefore are not web apps.

No, no you have not. You may have an activeX control that does this, perhaps. But, no way can ASP.NET do it.
