How to block third party .exe using asp.net

Hi. Can u share ur ideea/Logic in checking the Third Party Softwares installed on Client Machine, Im developing an helpdesk application this is also one of there requirement.. please can u suggest me how to do that. thanks in advance.:)

You may have developed it, but I doubt if it works - if it does then it's not a web app as web apps cannot, by definition, control what is running on a client pc. Applications that do so have to be downloded first, and therefore are not web apps.

No, no you have not. You may have an activeX control that does this, perhaps. But, no way can ASP.NET do it.
