Now C++ programmers can join the web

If you're a C++ programmer and would like to run C++ inside a browser check this out: http://www.artima.com/forums/flat.jsp?forum=270&thread=234365[^] It interesting that C++ got totally left out of the Web programming arena - both server side and client side. And don't mention ATL Server; I doubt anyone used that - it was discontinued after like two-three years I think (just image having built a huge product on ATL Server only to learn a few years later it was discontinued....auch).
"When you have made evil the means of survival, do not expect men to remain good. Do not expect them to stay moral and lose their lives for the purpose of becoming the fodder of the immoral. Do not expect them to produce, when production is punished and looting rewarded. Do not ask, `Who is destroying the world?' You are."

-Atlas Shrugged, Ayn RandApache supports CGI applications written in C++ In fact you can use anything that can see environment variables, and output stuff to stdout. Just most people use perl or ruby, but you could create a whole website as a .bat files running on a Windows server if you really felt like it

-Atlas Shrugged, Ayn RandYou can use CGI or ISAPI Extensions. I have a couple of websites running this way.
