VS6 Service Pack 5 CD

We just got the CD in the mail and on the back of the jewel case is a big red sticker that says this: "IMPORTANT! Install service pack before distributing Visual Studio applications." I browsed the readme file to see why it was "important", but didn't find anything. Anyone got a clue as to why this sticker is on the jewel case? I never noticed it on earlier service pack CD's.

I've seen that label on previous service packs. I guess they just want to make sure you have all the fixes in your applications. Nick Carruthers
