You missed the joke icon. I wouldn't give you any of my code without having some kind of financial reward attached to it. I am pretty sure you couldn't afford it anyways :|

Thanks a lot for ur time. That's what. An entrepreneur is one who can optimally utilize resources and cut down costs. Rather then get some expensive work off rentacoder, talented guys like you can make a lot of difference to the world. An entrepreneur is ur key. If you like, then help me out

I hope you are joking. Most rentacoder jobs are done for very cheap.

So, you are pretty much a leech since you want to suck off other people's hard work for next to nothing.

You must like a challenge because with your attitude help will not be easily forthcoming.

Rent-a-coder is not expensive. It is dirt cheap. The only thing cheaper is free. And if I give my work away for free I'd like to know how do I get to put food on my table and pay for the roof over my head? Answer me that Mr Entrepreneur!

        Meer Osman Ali wrote:

Yes, I do. And I get paid well for it, too. And I expect anyone that wants to utilise my talents to pay for that too.

Maybe, but it won't be with you because you have an unrealistic expectation of the balance of the relationship. In other words, the developer is does all the giving and you do all the taking. You take the code and then you take the money. What is the developer left with? Nothing. So where is the insentive? There isn't one.

Sorry, can't give you code then. If you were really an entrepreneur, you would have monetary resources.

I am a professional entrepreneur developing a high end Conferencing app as a project. It needs to have the following protocol support H323. Also it needs to be able to send WMV Format, AVI Format, 3GP format for that. Give me the code for that. THE CODE MUST BE OPTIMIZED
