      Maybe, but it won't be with you because you have an unrealistic expectation of the balance of the relationship. In other words, the developer is does all the giving and you do all the taking.           I am a professional entrepreneur developing a high end Conferencing app as a project. It needs to have the following protocol support H323. Also it needs to be able to send WMV Format, AVI Format, 3GP format for that. Give me the code for that. THE CODE MUST BE OPTIMIZED
