            I was originally clueing as Crunchers, (I was going with Cray Twins) had cruncher in mind (eight leters) took the S off crunchers and obviously arrived at 7! Tuesdays Brain seems to be firing on 3 cylinders! Apologies for Dim Setter Problem.

                  Very picky! In my locality answer and solution mean the same thing :) Next time I'll post my working (or in Dalek Exterminator Speak - my solution :) )

                            I think it is a bit more than that - The exterminator will let us know I'm sure I think it is a combination of anesthetic and hesitation. Anesthetic provides the "numb" and "er" is the hesitation.
