That's OK I have a VM that just happens to be set up just like that. Can I suscribe to be bombarded with spam every time you update the download so I can download the update before your upload is outdated? Perhaps if I promise to remote any errors and not blog my customer experience? :)

Well, we mulled it over and..ok. We will need you to sign this water-tight NDA - which I'm just about to courier over to you - and provide a lump sum deposit of £1,000,000 as insurance :)

Says so on their homepage: "Requirements Operating System: Windows Vista 32bit / 64bit (on x64, only 32-bit (Wow64) processes are supported) Development Tools: Visual Studio 2010 Team Suite, Team Test, Team Dev Editions" Nothing like being ahead of the game, eh.... but still running on crappy old Vista I see - haven't they heard of Windows 7?

I digg the net and found:

At the same time as Pex became a DevLabs project,
we made Pex available as a Microsoft Download for Visual Studio Team System 2010.
But before you go there to download the latest version of Pex, keep reading and
let us explain this in more detail: Right now, if you download Pex from that link,
it will only install if you have VS2010 installed. The first CTP ("Community Technology Preview")
of VS2010 will be distributed to attendees of this month's Professional Developers Conference (PDC)
in Los Angeles. Another reason to go to PDC. As an alternative, you can still use the Microsoft
Research Download which does not require VS2010; it is identical in terms of features.

Here[^] is another download link :)

Sorry, your EULA failed to pass my coporate political correctness firewall. I think perhaps the mention of insurance is the problem. If you say rather 'provide a rappidly applicable scaled money aggregate of $4.50 ( Will be equivalent ot £1,000,000 by the time you get this ) in a preventative capacity within the framework agreement as certified by the relavant assurance practitioner's industry body.' I suspect I'll be authorised to proceed, or at least to sneeze in positive sort of way. After all I've already invested in deep bucket and a good faucet to test that NDA right up to IP69

That's because it's like what Feynman wrote about regarding reviewing school textbooks from the publisher (which were all blank pages, you simply judged the textbook by its cover and thickness). There is no code yet, and they figure this way, they have a year or more to build up the hype and actually get something working. I predict it won't be around in 12 months. No actually, it'll have gone through several incarnations and renames with beta's and CTP's of different versions, leaving the developer wondering where and what is the most up-to-date distribution. Like synchronization services. Like Object Spaces / Entity Framework / LinqSQL. Microsoft seems to be developing technology so fast that it obsoletes current work before it even has had a chance to be RTM'd. Now there's another buzzword "RTW." Release to WEB. Another step in the "here's some untested stuff we threw together for you to gnash your teeth on." Marc
